In Ci Ci Senjor Ask’s veins runs the finest Holsteiner jumping blood: Cassini I – Contender – Lord – Landgraf I—each of them a cornerstone in making Holsteiner jumpers the best in the world.

    Mares in the pedigree

The damline traces back to the mare Omara (by Logenschliesser). Through Balade and her daughter Juvel, it has produced outstanding stallions in the German Hanoverian breeding, such as Don Bosco, Don Crusador, Hohenstaufen, Ramiro’s Bube, and Ramiro’s Son. Balade is also the granddam of the Holsteiner stallions Reichsgraf, Risotto, and Quebeck. The stallions Cantares, Codex, Landcassini, Camerino, Corpino, among others, also descend from this line. This is the very damline from which Ci Ci Senjor Ask descends. International show jumpers Calaro (Geir Gulliksen), Quebec (Bernardo Alves), and Accobada (Torben Köhlbrandt) likewise come from the same family.

    Stallions in the pedigree

    Sire: Cassini I

Cassini I competed internationally, first with Bo Kristoffersen and later with Franke Sloothaak. As a breeding stallion, he carried on the legacy of his sire Capitol I with distinction. His offspring include World Champion Cumano, European Champion Eurocommerce Berlin, and Olympic team gold medalist Carlsson vom Dach, making him one of the most successful show-jumping progenitors worldwide. Offspring of Cassini I have amassed winnings exceeding €1.8 million—and surely more today.

    Damsire: Contender

Contender is an exceptional sire. With over 100 licensed sons and offspring with lifetime earnings exceeding €4 million, he is a true legend. Lord and Landgraf I, found in the third and fourth generations of Ci Ci Senjor Ask’s pedigree, have had historic global significance for show-jumping breeding.
